These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Donegal Food Tours website and services operated by Donegal Lane LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Donegal Food Tours provides a subscription-based recipe library, a curated kitchen product store, and related editorial content. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the recipe content for your own personal, non-commercial use during the subscription period.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@donegalfoodtours.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@donegalfoodtours.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will cease. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers: if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your payment in full upon request. After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. Store product returns are governed by the Refund Policy.
All content on the site -- including recipes, text, images, and design -- is owned by Donegal Lane LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission. Sharing individual recipes on social media with attribution is permitted; systematic copying, scraping, or republishing of our recipe library is not.
You agree not to: use the Service for any commercial purpose (including selling access to our content); attempt to circumvent any access restrictions; scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the site; introduce malware or harmful code; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Recipes are provided for informational purposes; we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from following any recipe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donegal Lane LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
