Subscription

A subscription gives you full access to all 115 recipes on the site, including complete ingredient lists, step-by-step instructions, technique notes, and drink pairing suggestions. You also get access to every new recipe we publish, which is at least once per week. Annual subscribers receive additional benefits including seasonal menu planners and priority early access to new recipes.

Yes. You can cancel at any time by emailing us at info@donegalfoodtours.com. We process all cancellation requests within 1 business day. You will retain access to the site until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge any cancellation fees.

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase, email us at info@donegalfoodtours.com and we will refund your payment in full. We do not ask for a reason and we do not argue. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Both plans give you full access to all recipes and features. The annual plan costs $59.99 per year, compared to $9.99 per month (which works out to $119.88 per year if you stay for 12 months), so the annual plan saves you approximately 50%. Annual subscribers also receive priority access to new recipes and seasonal menu planners.

Yes. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days and annual subscriptions renew every 365 days. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. To cancel before renewal, email info@donegalfoodtours.com.

Recipes

We currently have 115 recipes across breakfast, salads and soups, pasta, meat and seafood, Asian cuisine, desserts, baking, and world cuisine. We add new recipes regularly -- at least once per week -- so the library grows continuously with your subscription.

Yes. Every recipe on this site has been cooked multiple times in a real kitchen. We do not publish a recipe until it has been tested at least three times and produces consistent results. Our head of recipes, Siobhan Gallagher, personally approves every recipe before it goes live.

Absolutely. Email us at info@donegalfoodtours.com with your suggestion. We read every email and genuinely take reader requests into account when planning new recipes. We cannot guarantee a specific timeline but popular requests do get prioritised.

Store Orders

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all store orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location.

We accept returns on all store products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email info@donegalfoodtours.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Standard shipping within the United States takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International shipping times vary by destination but are typically 10-15 business days.

Account & Privacy

Go to the forgot password page, enter your email address, and we will send you a reset link. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us directly.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (your name, email, and payment details) and we use it only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, email info@donegalfoodtours.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
