If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at info@donegalfoodtours.com and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked. After the 30-day period, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions that are cancelled after 30 days are not eligible for partial refunds for the unused portion of the year, except where required by applicable law.
We accept returns on all physical products purchased from the Donegal Food Tours store within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
To initiate a return, email info@donegalfoodtours.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for items returned due to defect or our error. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for returned products are processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at info@donegalfoodtours.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
