All we need is the lead guests name! It doesn’t matter who you bring.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tours or gift vouchers. If you give us a minimum of 48 hour’s notice, from the start of your tour, that you wish to cancel your place, then we can rebook you on to another tour that suits you and that has availability.
Yes, tickets must be purchased at least a day before the tour, via our website.
Yes you may be added to a waiting list, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
It is expected that you will enjoy a large variety of food and drinks on this tour, to leave feeling satisfied. Of course you can purchase more drinks etc if you would like to do so.
You will visit a number of local restaurants, bars, producers, breweries etc, and sample all that Donegal has to offer. Please read through each tour description, as they do vary.

Wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing.
This will vary from tour to tour. Some tours are more focused on eating and some are more focused on drinking. For our, food tours, it is expected that you will leave satisfied. You will have some food in the drink tours, also, but it will be predominantly drinks focused.
Yes we can cater to certain dietary requirements, please contact us before booking, to advise on your requirements.
Please leave plenty of time to get to our pick up point, as we have a lot of demos, talks etc planned for the day and will be running a schedule to allow enough time at each venue.
Unfortunately, not all of the venues that we attend are easily accessible. Please contact us before booking, to advise on suitable tours.
The tour includes alcohol tastings, therefore guests must be 18+. We do however, run private and group packages, this can be tailored for your needs.

Yes, you can certainly book a private tour. Please contact one of our team to advise.
When you register for a Waiting List on a tour you are added to an email list. If tickets become available for this tour then you will be automatically be contacted by email informing you that there are tickets available to purchase. Tickets are available on a “First Come First Serve” basis.
As soon as someone cancels, our system will automatically notify you.
Absolutely! You can join as many as you would like to.
Yes we have gift vouchers available, on our site.
If you buy a voucher for a specific tour, the service fee is included in the voucher. If you buy a monetary value, the recipient will pay the booking fee when they book on to a tour.
When you purchase a Gift Voucher, the receiver (chosen by the purchaser) will receive an email with a unique “Gift Card Number”. Once a website visitor adds a tour to their shopping basket, they will be promoted to enter a valid “Gift Card Number” and the monetary value will be deducted.
If redeeming multiple gift vouchers, please redeem each gift voucher one at a time.
Please note, gift vouchers can not be used to purchase more gist vouchers.
